If you have an estate or a significant amount of property to be appraised, Exclusive Liquidation can schedule an appraiser to come to the location of the property. Formal Appraisals
Exclusive Liquidation conducts legal, formal appraisals needed for estate tax purposes, date of death assessments and insurance documentation. Our experienced appraisers will catalog and appraise the personal estate items or individual property for insurance documentation. The minimum fee for this service is $2000, which includes the first hour of service. Each additional hour will be $450 per hour, per appraiser. The appraisal and return of a formal document to our client is performed within a three-week turn around time.

Our Trust and Estates Department works in conjunction with banks, private probate attorneys and private fiduciaries to appraise and liquidate personal property from an estate. Exclusive Liquidation provides services for every step of the process. After the formal appraisal is conducted a moving company’s services can be arranged by Exclusive Liquidation as well.
